From empty domain to leasing pipeline
Cedar Bluff Apartments offers refined two-bedroom residences in Bloomington, Indiana — hardwood floors, in-unit laundry, and quick access to IU and I-69. The property needed a web presence that matched the quality of the units and actually generated leasing inquiries.
I designed and built the site on Next.js and Tailwind CSS, with a focus on the things that matter for a local business: fast loads, strong photography presentation, clear calls to action, and structured metadata so the property surfaces well in search.
Beyond the build, I own the growth side — Google Analytics and Search Console are wired in to track how prospective tenants find the property, and on-page SEO is tuned for the local rental queries that drive real leads.
